Cancellation
You may cancel the order up until fulfillment has taken place. Our products will always be dispatched within 24 hours from receipt of order. Please telephone 08455195405
to cancel the order immediately.
Delivery
We will process our orders within 24 hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Orders placed before 3.00pm are usually processed the same day. We use Royal Mail post and Parceline for UK deliveries and aim to deliver the next working day. Delivery prices for shipments abroad will be calculated on an individual basis.
Every effort will be made to ensure your delivery is made to you on time and in perfect condition. However, we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost, delayed or damaged via the postal system.
Refunds & Returns
We know that you won’t be disappointed with the quality of our products. If however, you are not completely satisfied, we offer a money back guarantee.
Complaints
We endeavor to deal with complaints immediately upon receipt. All complaints will be resolved within 72 hours.
Sales Tax (VAT)
Our prices shown on our web site include VAT where applicable.
Goods sent to private individuals/businesses within the UK will attract VAT at the current UK rate.
General
Any contract between us will be deemed to be concluded in England and therefore will be governed by English Law to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
